IEEE INFOCOM 2006 Paper submission guidelines

Submission Guidelines for Camera-Ready Version

 

Deadline for submission of camera ready versions is 6 January 2006.

This is a strict deadline, and authors must have their papers and copyright forms submitted, and their pdf proofs approved by then.

Every paper accepted for INFOCOM 2006 must have attached to it at least one registration at the full member/non-member rate.
For a manuscript for which all authors are students, one student author will be required to register at the full registration rate.
Author's Registration must be done by February 15, 2006.

IMPORTANT: Note that the Page Limit for the Manuscript is 12 pages.
Authors will be charged US$150.00 per each extra page.

Paper Acceptance Notification

 

Only original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere can be submitted. Full papers are required for review.

No extensions will be granted for paper submissions. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE TO THE PROGRAM COMMITTEE OR ITS CHAIRS SEEKING EXTENSIONS. SUCH EMAILS WILL NOT BE REPLIED TO.

Authors MUST submit their papers through the EDAS web site http://www.edas.info/ in three steps:

  1. Creation of a personal account on EDAS (if the author does not already have one)

  2. Registration of the paper (requiring a short abstract of up to 150 words)
  3. Upload of the paper. Only in pdf format

Papers should be written in English. Preferred maximum paper length is 12 printed pages including figures. Accepted papers that are longer than 12 pages will be charged with an overlength fee for the 13th page. Under no circumstances may any submission exceed 13 pages. Papers in excess of 13 pages shall not be considered for review or publication. Use the sample manuscript as a visual aid for formatting.

All paper submissions will be carefully reviewed by at least three experts. Reviews will be returned to the author(s) with comments to ensure the high quality of the accepted papers. The authors of accepted papers must guarantee that their paper will be presented at the conference. At least one author of each accepted paper must be registered for the conference in order for that paper to appear in the proceedings and to be scheduled for presentation.
